PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION
Supporting the people who support others
Professional supervision offers a dedicated space to step outside the demands of your work, reflect on what you are carrying, and see more clearly what may be happening beneath the presenting issue.
Grounded in my training in Bicultural Professional Supervision (Kaitiakitanga), my approach brings together reflective practice, trauma-informed understanding and a systemic lens - recognising that we work not only with individuals, but within relationships, organisations, communities and wider systems.
A space for thoughtful reflection, professional development and the possibility of seeing something differently.
